Here's a little handy dandy chart courtesy of www.ign.com explaining the nine realms referred to in the Thor movies. I just saw the new Thor: Dark World movie over the weekend and was blown away. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is blowing me away and I'm all in at this point. Next up is the Captain America sequel coming out in April. In the mean time I'll keep my dorkiness at bay by reading Marvel graphic novels.

In the world of skateboarding, Chocolate skateboards announced that Jerry Hsu is their latest teamrider. Nice.

And in MY snowboard world, I'm shopping around for some new boots. As of right now I'm torn between a vintage pair of Burton Sabbath's (the wingtip model) that I wanted years ago that I've found in my size luckily, or a pair of Nike Zoom Force 1's. The thing holding me back on the Sabbath's is that they're kinda old. I'm pretty sure nothing drastic has changed in boot tech since then but it still bothers me. They look pretty sweet and I've heard many delightful stories on their comfiness and performance. We'll see what I end up with.

Also, today I discovered the greatest snowboard PANT company ever...Fillmore Weatherproof Pant Co. They only make snowboarding pants, they're made in the USA, and they're the best thing since sliced bread.
